My name is Alex Mironyuk and I am an award-winning photographer and photo guide. I was born in Ukraine and moved to the USA in the year 2000. For the past 15 years I’ve been living in Florida and my life is full of adventure, exploration, and meeting absolutely amazing people!
I’ve been featured in several print magazines and have won numerous awards for my work. I am blessed to get to mentor and teach other photographers all over the WORLD!
I have loved photography ever since I was a little boy. I received my first camera at the age of 10 and since then it hasn’t left my side (cameras and photography, not so much the first camera I ever got). The photos I take are more than just a picture, it’s an emotion, a wonder, something unlike anything else, unique as they say.
In the early 2000s for about 6 years I was a wedding and event videographer and photographer in New York City. Back in 2005 I worked on about 200 events per year. I produced tons of pictures and video footage from each event. What can I say — it was CRAZY! One day I asked myself a question — do my clients really need 500 pictures from one event? How many of them do they really want to see every day? Maybe it would be much better to offer just the best possible product. Ever since then I’ve tried to avoid that type of photo and video shooting. So I began taking Fine Art Photography. So what does that mean? I believe that a picture worth having is a picture you are ready to hang on your wall and keep it there to gaze upon for years to come. That is a great photo. That is Fine Art Photography. Those photos are the type of pictures I try to produce everyday.
For many years I’ve mostly taken landscape pictures, featuring many iconic spots (and those not so well-known) all over the United States and overseas! Those photos comprise a very impressive landscape portfolio — you can check it out in my gallery!
About 5 or 6 years ago I started to take photos of pets and I found a passion for that form of photography. I simply love pets, especially dogs. I feel a special bond to animals and yield the skill to establish a relationship with virtually any dog in a matter of minutes. I know it sounds surreal but I can feel their mood and personality and I can capture it in my photography.
In recent years I’ve also rediscovered my love for portraits and capturing those moments in life that make us human. When my baby girl Anna graduated from Florida State University, I had the pleasure of capturing that milestone. That experience made me realize just how impactful those moments are and how impactful a photo encapsulating that energy can be. It seemed as though yesterday my daughter was a teenager and today she’s turned into an adult with tons of hidden energy and an unmatched personality and all of that can be seen in those senior pictures!
My wife Elena (she is a great newborn, maternity and family photographer) and I opened a photo studio in Miami where I would love to offer you truly Fine Art Photography, that not only deserves to be captured but deserves to be hung on your wall.

No matter how much I explore, the sights in this country never cease to amaze me. I absolutely love discovering new places here. My whole life I’ve been intrigued by the outdoors. So I love to travel, and go on adventures, to visit beautiful places and to discover the beauty of the world we live in. I wanted to share this wonder with at first with my colleagues and then thought “why not share it with everyone?” I take so much joy in showing the wonderful things I’ve seen to other people and seeing their amazement. I am always keep travelling and every year I lead landscape Photo-tours & Workshops all over the USA and overseas.
