Hi. My name is Alex Mironyuk and I am FAA Certified commercial drone pilot with Part 107 Certificate. 

I have official rights take your real estate aerial pictures or video footage.

I legally can get all necessary FAA approvals and permits to fly in controlled airspace near airports. 

In areas within 5 miles from airports if we need to fly on some certain altitudes getting an FAA approval may takes up to 48 hours.

Usually you will get your aerial pictures during 24 — 48 hours after the session

AERIAL ONLY PACKAGE — $150

• planning flight using FAA regulations and getting all necessary FAA approvals
• up to 30 minutes on location 
• up to 5 aerial digital images with approximate property lines 2500px on the longest side

SINGLE HOUSE PACKAGE — $150 (without aerial pictures)

• up to 3 bedrooms (each additional bedroom — $50)
• up to 1 hour on location 
• up to 25 digital images (12 — minimum) with 2500px on the longest side

APARTMENT PACKAGE — $120 (without aerial pictures)

• up to 3 bedrooms (each additional bedroom — $30)
• up to 1 hour on location 
• up to 25 digital images (12 — minimum) with 2500px on the longest side
